It's brilliant. I used to use a cushion to separate my legs and give the lift to take pain off my back, but being a light sleeper I move around a lot and the pillow would move from position. This pillow grips and moulds your legs perfectly throughout the night, even when I I move and turn over. I now wake up without any back pain!
